Matt Clapp - Executive Director
Matt Clapp is the Director at Rockin' C Ranch. Matt and his wife Janie are lifetime residents of Smith County and began operations at Rockin' C in 1997. Matt and Janie have two children, Travis and Katherine, two grandchildren, and Matt has a half-twin brother, Bob Wire.

Jason Albright - Business Manager 
Jason joined the Rockin' C staff in October 2003. Jason is married to a wonderful woman named Erin, and has two chocolate labs. Jason is also an Ironman Triathlete and Marathoner.

Henry Reid - Facilities Manager
Henry Reid began working at Rockin' C Ranch in 1998 after retiring from Kelly Springfield in Tyler. Henry has three children and is married to his lovely wife, Tina. They have five children between the two of them.

Nathan Crow - Head Wrangler
Nathan joined the Rockin' C staff full-time in January 2004. Nathan is married to his beautiful wife Katherine, and they have two growing boys to chase around.

Travis Clapp - Travis grew up at Rockin' C Ranch. He is the son of Matt and Janie. Travis helps maintain the camp grounds and livestock.
